Child discount (with 2 full-paying adults)
- Up to 2 years for free
- 3 to 5 years: 50%
- 6 to 11 years: 20%
- 12 to 14 years: 10%
Single use or single room surcharge
- Always subject to availability.

Short stay surcharge
For short stays of up to 3 nights, a surcharge of 10% will be charged.
Check-in & check-out
- Check-in from 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
- Check-out from 7:00 am to 9:30 am.
- If you want to arrive or leave outside of these standard times, please let us know in good time and we will check what we can do for you.
Optional use of kitchen
- Can be booked for 2 to 10 people.
- Price and availability only on request, including user charge & cleaning fee.
- Please note: the kitchen is on the ground floor and not in your room. Your room in Sölden will therefore not become an apartment. It is the ideal self-catering option for groups and families.

- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed due to the allergy-friendliness of our guesthouse.
